These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms under which Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd provides travel and tourism services to its clients. By booking any travel service, package, or holiday with Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
Client/Customer: The individual or group who books or purchases services from Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd.
Services: Includes Hajj and Umrah packages, tailor-made holidays, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, guided tours, and other related travel services.
Provider(s): Third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, ground operators, and tour guides with whom Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd collaborates to provide the services.
2. Booking Process
Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official website, in person, or by contacting our customer support team.
Confirmation: Once a booking is made, a confirmation email or document will be sent to the client outlining the details of the services booked.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the full payment due at least 10 days before the departure date unless otherwise stated.
Amendments: Any changes or amendments to bookings must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change.
3. Payments and Pricing
Pricing: All prices are quoted in local currency and are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, or other external factors. Prices are final upon confirmation of the booking.
Additional Charges: Clients may incur extra costs for additional services or upgrades that are not part of the original package or booking.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on the payment page/customer support.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the Client: If the client cancels the booking, the following cancellation fees will apply (unless otherwise stated):
More than 25 days before departure: 50%
Less than 25 days before departure: 80% or full charge.
Cancellation by the Company: If Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd is unable to provide the booked services due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative package.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the company’s cancellation policy and after any applicable charges have been deducted. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation request.
5. Travel Documents and Passports
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation before travel.
Visa Assistance: Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd can assist with visa processing; however, we do not guarantee visa approval for international applicants. Clients are advised to apply for visas well in advance.
6. Liability and Limitations
Service Providers: Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines). We are not liable for any service failures, delays, or issues caused by third-party suppliers.
Travel Risks: Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to release Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd from any liability arising from accidents, illness, or personal injury during travel, except in cases where such injury is due to the company’s negligence or willful misconduct.
Force Majeure: Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd will not be held liable for failure to provide services in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or health emergencies.
7. Travel Insurance
Recommendation: Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, trip interruptions, lost luggage, and other travel-related incidents.
Exclusions: Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd is not responsible for any medical costs or damages incurred during travel that are not covered by the client’s insurance policy.
8. Conduct and Behavior
Client Obligations: Clients agree to behave in a responsible and respectful manner while using the services provided. Any disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.
Code of Conduct: Clients must adhere to the regulations and policies of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
9. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Clients must inform Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel.
Vaccinations: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they meet any health or vaccination requirements for the destinations included in their travel plans.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information: Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd respects client privacy and will only use personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the travel booking. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for providing services (e.g., airlines, hotels).
Security: We employ reasonable security measures to protect client information. However, Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd is not liable for any data breaches beyond its control.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. However, our partners or third-party companies we work with may operate under their own terms and conditions and be subject to the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Luton, except where other jurisdictions apply due to the involvement of third-party companies or partners. We accept no liability for any actions, obligations, or terms imposed by such third parties or their governing laws.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Zahrah Travel And Tourism Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised terms will be available on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms before making any bookings.
